Lessons learned:

• We need to get a proof from the bank for every time we do a cash-deposit on the account.
• We need look into if we need to be prepared to make invoices and if we need to make one every time we sell stuff not to endusers e.g. other hackerspaces.
• We need to track incoming invoices very strictly, attach each of them to a paper with date, a number, name and description.
• We need to do the bookkeeping for 2010 asap, with new odt.
• From the time we have the odt for 2010, we need to track stuff on that odt instead of on paper.
• We need to document naming conventions for bookkeepings.
